Registration for all passes opens the 22 of May 2024 and we will have a limit of total 350 passes for the event. The ”Early Moose” and ”Normal Moose” prices tiers are discounted and have both a pass and a date limit, so register as early as possible to get the best price for your pass.
All passes are sold via Yggdrasil. We recommend that you create an account in advance so that you are ready when registration opens! Use one of the links on this page to get to registration.
Full Passes
If you buy a Full Pass then you will have access to all normal workshops (not Intensive or Beginner Crash Course) in the event. You will also have access to both WCS and Line Dance Socials. You can also participate in the competitions by paying an extra fee, see the page Competitions for more information.

Levels
Level 2
You are new but know the basics of West Coast Swing, and now it is time to improve your technique. You are looking for more variations of pattern and footwork. You will improve the technique of lead and follow.
Level 3
You have been dancing WCS regularly for 2-3 years. You have participated WCS events. You feeling comfortible with your basics and geting a good flow on the social dancefloor. You need inspiration for additional styling elements and musicality.
Level 4
This level is open for those who has got WSDC novice point(s). You are working on placing your figures in the music and getting your own style in your dance.. Level 3 dancers can audition to join the workshops.
Level 5
You are probably among the most experienced WCS dancers in your scene. This level is open for those in WSDC intermediate (16 novice points or more), or subject to audition.
Level 6
WSDC Advanced and all star dancers. Separate Advanced/Allstar class on Saturday
Terms and Conditions
When registering for an event by Z Dance Experience AB we apply the following payment rules:
To secure your place, you should pay for the ticket at the latest 14 days after being accepted or we reserve the right to remove your reservation and give the spot to someone else. We won’t do it automatically, so if you can’t participate we’d like you to tell us as soon as possible.
If you have registered for a discounted ticket (i.e. ”Early Bird” or “Normal Bird”) your discount will be lost if you do not pay within 14 days and you will need to pay the price in the next tier.
Refund policy
- If you cancel before the last payment day (14 days from registration), you can get a 90% refund (we will keep 10% or at least 100 SEK for Administration). ***
- If you register less then 14 days before the event, or cancel less than 14 days prior to the start, you cannot get any money refunded, regardless when you registered.
***) In case of an accident or serious illness, we might grant exceptions to this if you can provide a medical certificate.
Do you want to sell your pass?
- You can of course sell your pass to an other person with the same role.
- Due to risk of scammers selling fake passes, ALL pass exchanges has to be confirmed by us. Please never pay for a pass before we have confirmed that it is valid! We will not grant any refund if you pay for a fake pass!
